Candidate Rules

Read before you start.

These rules apply to all rotation rooms, checkpoints, submissions and final specialization review.

Use assigned access only.Login with your own work email and training access code. Do not share credentials, access codes, screenshots, questions, answers or portal content.
Complete rotation rooms properly.Read the case brief, inspect the checkpoints and submit each room before final specialization review.
Timer discipline still matters.In production, timed assessment stages may continue if the browser is minimized, refreshed, closed or inactive.
Start quiz within 10 minutes.Once the learning timer is complete, the learning material closes automatically. Start the quiz within 10 minutes or use a time-buy token to reopen the material if available.
Complete every audit area.Foundation, process map and field rotations together decide the recommended audit specialization.
Retry failed quiz within 20 minutes.If a quiz attempt is failed and attempts remain, the next quiz attempt must be started within 20 minutes. Missing this retry window may lock the assessment for manager/admin review.
Daily portal window.New quiz starts are blocked after 5:30 PM IST. The full portal closes at 6:00 PM IST and reopens at 9:00 AM IST on the next scheduled day.
Time-buy tokens are limited.Where enabled, tokens can reopen expired learning material for the purchased duration. Once all tokens are used, no further extension will be available.
Submit before expiry.Late or incomplete submissions may be auto-submitted, locked or marked incomplete based on portal settings.
No unfair activity.Do not use another candidate’s login, multiple sessions, timer manipulation, answer sharing, repeated bypass attempts or unauthorized help.
Use a stable device.Desktop or laptop is recommended. Start only when your internet, browser and device are stable.
Report genuine issues immediately.If a technical issue occurs, inform the admin/manager with a screenshot and short explanation.
Evaluation criteria.Performance may include room completion, score, accuracy, time taken, audit judgement, scenario understanding and review discipline.
Confidential material.All training questions, case studies, scoring details and audit scenarios are confidential internal evaluation material.
